We love chillies and there is hardly a day that goes by that we don't use them. We've even been known to have them for breakfast! So in December 2012 after a couple of months carrying out some research – Galloway Chillies was born.

Sheena has been involved in agriculture all her life and on returning home to Galloway, diversified into growing chillies. We are passionate about local and British produce and are proud that all the chillies used in our products are home grown. As well as growing the varieties that we need for our range, we also grow a number of other varieties of chillies from the mildest to the current world hottest.

Our chilli preserves are made from scratch in small batches so that every jar is full of good quality and flavour.
