  • 1lb of David Stein Butchers thin sliced beef
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • spring onions
  • mange tout
  • Noodles and Galloway Chillies Ginger Lime and Chilli.


  • Wash and chop/slice all the veg, cut the beef into strips.
  • Noodles are precooked.
  • Put some oil in a hot wok, add a tablespoon of chilli jam, mix and add the veg, stir fry, add a small amount of water to cause some steam and continue to cook until veg is soft.
  • Remove to a bowl or plate.
  • Add a wee drop of oil to the wok and stir fry the noodles till golden in colour, place on top of the veg.
  • Add some more oil to the wok and a tablespoon and a half of chilli jam, mix and add the beef, stir fry till cooked through, add the veg and noodles back into the wok and mix them all together.
  • Serve and enjoy.
