I love the Royal Highland Show and dread to think how many years I have been going to this fantastic event. I enjoy it so much that as soon as my new holiday year begins, I have to make sure that the Highland Show weekend is the first holidays that I book.

There is so much to see and do at the event that a day just isn't enough to see it all but I have to say that as a huge foodie, I just love the food hall or as it has been renamed this year "Scotland's Larder Live".

What is a better combination than chilli with cheese? 

Well nothing, except when you add that combination to Nachos of course.

Wow, cannot believe that it's March already and Spring is most definitely in the air. The days are getting longer, the snowdrops have made everywhere look brighter and now primroses and daffodils are starting to appear.

The weekly competition is open to all small businesses across the UK and Galloway Chillies is only the second Dumfries & Galloway business to be selected since it started, more than 4 years ago.

Who would have believed this time last year that we'd be reflecting on such a fantastic year. 

Well it might be only three days to Christmas but here at Galloway Chillies we are far more pleased to welcome our very first stockist South of the Border. 

Wow, hasn't time flown. Just over a week until it's Christmas day, which also means that soon there will be no Chilli Chocolate Mincemeat till next November. We don't have many jars left and once they are sold that is it.

Happy Monday folks and happy December. Yes who can believe it -- the 1st of December already and not long at all till we eat too much, have some time off work (for most of us) and celebrate the festive season.

However we are not even thinking about that as it's today that's more special to us.

I can't believe it is actually happening -- Galloway Chillies will be at Borough Market, London, between 27th and 29th November 2014.
