Firstly huge apologies for taking so long to write a new blog. When this website was first thought up I had planned to do a weekly blog but that was prior to me discovering how time consuming producing and selling the range of preserves would be.

My first blog was written and posted over a month ago. So huge apologies for the delay in writing my second but I do hope from now on that I will be writing a weekly blog.

Well I suppose the first question is, where do you start when writing a blog? Then it hit me as I got a personal message on Facebook this evening – “Friendship”
