Eat what I grow!
There is a severe lack of flowers at the nursery but that's all due to me as I'm a firm believer in eating what I grow. Hence the growing of chillies and now herbs at GC HQ. Though we do have a number of fruit trees and shrubs too.
But what do you do with everything that I grow? I hear you ask! Well, that's why I started this page which is a collection of recipes that I have used over the years and once I make something new, I'll try to add it here.
