Galloway Chillies, spread a little wildfire

Well I suppose the first question is, where do you start when writing a blog? Then it hit me as I got a personal message on Facebook this evening – “Friendship”

I set this business up nearly three months ago and I can honestly say that the business wouldn’t have come so far without really good friends. Some of these friends I have only known since I have set Galloway Chillies up but I feel like I’ve known them a lifetime!! They are there as taste testers for when I trial a new jam. They are there to give me advice on jam making, growing chillies and what varieties I should be thinking about growing. Suggesting markets to go to and then tonight the most amazing message ever – a PM appears on my phone “I have a friend who has two greenhouses she is getting rid of. Would you like them?” Would I like them?!!! I am jumping up and down on the computer chair, I am so excited. You see I am drastically running out of room for my chilli plants and was really starting to worry what I could do with them. That message has just made my year. How nice is it that a friend sees them and straight away thinks of me.
