Gardening - 2nd April 2013
02 Apr 2013
My first blog was written and posted over a month ago. So huge apologies for the delay in writing my second but I do hope from now on that I will be writing a weekly blog.
What takes my time up most at this time of year? Gardening of course and the bank holiday weekend was no exception. Due to all the bad weather we’ve had and also a lot of travelling with my day job, the second planting of chillies was much longer than planned. But on Sunday I planted my last few remaining chilli seeds. Now the problem was that my last few remaining chilli seeds were in actual fact 32 varieties! But after a lot of contemplating and planning I successfully managed to get them all planted in the propagator and I’m looking forward to the results. Although some of the plants when they appear maybe too late for this season, but if that is the case I plan to overwinter them until next year.
So moral of the story for this seasons planting is “oops, must get more organised next year”.
