Ingredients
- 1lb of David Stein Butchers thin sliced beef
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- spring onions
- mange tout
- Noodles and Galloway Chillies Ginger Lime and Chilli.
Instructions
- Wash and chop/slice all the veg, cut the beef into strips.
- Noodles are precooked.
- Put some oil in a hot wok, add a tablespoon of chilli jam, mix and add the veg, stir fry, add a small amount of water to cause some steam and continue to cook until veg is soft.
- Remove to a bowl or plate.
- Add a wee drop of oil to the wok and stir fry the noodles till golden in colour, place on top of the veg.
- Add some more oil to the wok and a tablespoon and a half of chilli jam, mix and add the beef, stir fry till cooked through, add the veg and noodles back into the wok and mix them all together.
- Serve and enjoy.
