The Festive Fiery Fergus cocktail is a perfect combination of festive cheer and warming chilli.
Method
- Add a few lumps of ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour in:
30ml of gin ( a simple gin, not flavoured)
50ml of cranberry juice
1 teaspoon of Lime and Ginger Galloway Chilli
- Shake well.
- Pour into a tall glass and add soda water (or not!) to taste and a few lumps of ice.
