Sausages with Galloway Chilli St Clements
Ingredients
- 4tsp of Galloway Chilli St Clements Preserve (heat of your choice)
- 3tsp soy sauce
- 3tsp cider vinegar
- 1tsp chinese five spice
- 2 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 30 small sausages
Method
Mix all the ingredients (except the sausages) in a bowl.
Once thoroughly mixed add the sausages one at a time to the mix until completely covered.
Place the covered sausages onto a baking tray and drizzle any of the leftover mix onto the sausages.
Put your baking tray in the oven and bake (180°C fan/200°C non-fan) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
These make a great addition to any party or why not use normal sausages and serve with mash for something that little bit different.
Leave to cool completely if storing in an air-tight box for a few days in the fridge.
