Ingredients
- slices of bread (nearly stale is ok too)
- sesame oil to fry
- 1 egg per person (beaten in bowl with pinch salt & white pepper)
- Chilli lime and ginger (heat of your choice)
Instructions
- Melt the chilli lime and ginger by microwaving 8 secs. in micro bowl.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Add the preserve to beaten egg & seasoning, mixing as added.
- Proceed to coat bread slices both sides as for eggy bread, fry until golden, serve immediately.
Notes
- Nice to garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- As an added extra you could also put sesame seeds in the egg mix.
